The wheel type fertilizer compost turner is a patent product of our company. It is suitable for large span fermenting & pile-turning of high depth of livestock manure, sludge waste, filter mud, dregs of slag cake, straw sawdust and other organic waste. It is widely used in fermentation & decomposing and dehydrating of organic fertilizer plant, compound fertilizer plant, sludge & waste plant, garden spot and agaricus bisporus plant.

Performance characteristics

  1. High composting depth: the composting depth can achieve 1.5 meters to 3 meters.
  2. Large composting span: the largest composing span can achieve 30 meters width.
  3. Lower energy consumption: it uses unique efficient energy-saving transmission mechanism. Under the same quantity of work, the energy consumption is lowerd by 70% compared with traditional compost machine.
  4. No dead corners: it uses wheel disk to compost symmetrically, under the displacement of speed governing mobile car, there is no dead corners.
  5. High degree of automation:  it is equipped with full automation electrical apparatus control system. So there is no need human operation when it is working.

Working principle

Using this compost turner can fully perform its mixing function. Adding some adjuvant is necessary to meet the raw material’s requirement of water content & ph value, this machine can help stir and mix them thoroughly. It can also improve the permeablity of the materials, and make the materials fluffy and elastic. At the same time, it absorbs large quantity of air and raises the temperature of fertilizer heap. If the temperature is over high, it can lower the temperature by reabsorbing fresh air, thus forming alternate state of medium-high temperature, which is beneficial to growth and reproduction of microbial flora.
