Technology of Pig Manure Organic Fertilizer Equipment

Ratio of raw materials per ton: 500kg pig manure + 300kg excipients + 200kg bacterial residue + 100g RW bacterial agent.

Compost heap: Build heap according to the above raw material ratio. The length of heap is not limited, the width is 4 meters, and the height is 2 meters.

Add the bacterium agent: The biological bacteria agent and bacteria residue were added in a ratio of 1:5. Then mix well and sprinkle on the surface of the heap.

Mixing and fermentation: Use a blender to blend the heap evenly. After the temperature rises above 60 degrees, turn the stack every 4-5 days; after the fermentation at above 60 degrees for 15 days, then fold up the heap.

Screening: The fertilizer after fermentation needs to be screened to get pure fertilizer.

Granulation: The fermented pure organic fertilizer will be granulated. According to different raw materials to choose different granulator.

Drying, cooling, and packing: The moisture content of freshly made organic fertilizer granules is relatively large, so it is necessary to dry the moisture to less than 20% of the standard of organic fertilizer. After that, the dried granulated organic fertilizer is directly packaged after being cooled by the cooling machine.
